海洋惑星・ムイラウカⅣの大洋に浮かぶ船上都市で、船の補修や船上建築を担う船大工として働く男。ムイラウカⅣとは異なる星の出身で、放浪の末この星に辿り着いた。性格はいい加減でスケベな楽天家。大酒飲みであり、仕事中すら酒瓶を手放さない不良大工だが、腕は確かで手先が器用。存外計算高く頭が回り、設計図面を頭の中で組み立て、精密かつ完璧な建築を成し遂げるという特技を持つ。
