オリエントシティ市警地域課所属・交番勤務の巡査。米国・ヒューストン育ちの宇宙人。素直で実直、市民への愛想の良さも抜群と、一部を見れば模範的ではあるのだが、西部劇の保安官に憧れるが故に、トリガーハッピーな側面を持つトンデモ警官である。捕縛用麻酔銃を何かと持ち出すが、しかしながら銃の腕前は素人以下で、何発撃っても目標は元より周囲の見物人にすら当たらないという酷さらしい。
