月面都市の総合病院で執刀する外科医。アジア系月面人で、フルネームはラクタ・シャーリヤ。医師として非常に真面目な人物であり、その手腕にも一定の信頼を得ているものの、何をするにも生真面目であるがゆえに熱意が空回りしがち。先輩医師に「外科医は体力勝負」と教わってから、様々な健康法を試し、週５でジムに通う、何か間違った方向の努力を惜しまない健康オタクの側面がある。
