If enemy already has SPD Down, inflict Lock-On for 1 turn instead. When an ally uses Skill 1, gain a Fork; when an ally uses Skill 2, gain a Spoon; when an ally uses Skill 3, gain a Knife.
Each time a full set of silverware is collected, grant ATK+10% for 2 actions. (Stacks up to 3 times)
