オリエントシティ郊外で造り酒屋を営む店主で、フルネームは山積（やまつみ）モリヤス。細かいことを気にしない大らかな気質で、大抵のことは笑い飛ばし、それ以外のことも少し悩んだ後に呑んで笑い飛ばす。その性格からか細かいことは苦手で、店の在庫管理や経理は従業員に任せきりだが、醸造中の酒を見るセンスと、その社交性で店の顔としてはうまくやっているらしい。経営とは別に個人の趣味で宇宙中の酒をコレクションしており、不定期に知人を誘っては、店舗の奥を改装したカウンター席でちょっとした居酒屋営業を行っているのだとか。
