ライセンスを取得したばかりの駆け出しヒーローたち。それぞれが希望する事務所に所属し、まずは研修生として日々を過ごす。ヒーローライブでは主にアシスタントとして配信機材を担ぎ現場を駆け回り、時には彼らも変身して実戦に加わる。地球にヒーロー文化が根づいた現在、ヒーローに憧れを抱き同業を志す者たちが現れた。今はまだ「見習い」と呼ばれる彼らは、いつかはＳ級ライセンスを持ち宇宙に名を馳せたいと夢見ている。その険しい道を進んだ先、彼らもまた誰かの憧れの存在として語り継がれるだろう。

Rookie Heroes wielding fresh licenses. They each join the agencies they want and start off as apprentices. While in training, they mainly work as assistants during Hero streams, running around the field carrying the cameras and getting in the occasional transformation and battle. They’ve become a common sight ever since Hero culture took root on Earth—indeed, many were inspired by the figure of the Kaibutsu-fighting Hero and wanted to join the field themselves. Though still apprentices now, they dream of gaining S-class licenses and heading to the stars. And when they make it to the end of that tough road, they might become that special Hero to someone else.
