Viscunam wields four mechanical tentacle Parallel Weapons which jut out from his back. He had always wanted more arms to produce more inventions, and his hero form manifests that wish. He can control the tentacles at will, whether to assist in his lab work or to utilize their claws and lasers in combat. Their tips can change shape independently to whichever form he needs them to be in the moment.

Viscunam adored his father, who was an inventor known the world over before being eaten alive in a Kaibutsu attack, only to be forgotten by the world upon his death. Enraged that no one else could remember his father, he vowed to become an inventor so great that no one could ever forget him. Despite his constant blunders and failures, it is that frustration he has felt since that fateful day which brings him back into the lab every morning to make new inventions.
彼が偉大と仰ぐ父は、かつて世の誰しもが名を知るような発明家であった。しかし、カイブツの襲撃にあった際に父は食われ、世の中の人々の記憶から消えてしまった。誰も父を覚えていないことに憤慨し、悔しさを覚えた彼は、以来「誰の記憶にも残るような、絶対忘れられないような発明家になる」ことを目標に掲げる。日々ドジを踏み、失敗を繰り返しながらも発明を続ける彼の原動力となっているのは、この時覚えたやり場のない悔しさである。

Viscunam is a Therian Cosman scientist who makes a living selling his inventions—though his motivation is less about making money than it is about seeing his inventions get the recognition and popularity he believes they rightfully deserve. He possesses absolute confidence in his intellect, spending countless hours in his lab every day contriving the perfect inventions. Alas, his ability to grasp the notion of “supply and demand” is a tad problematic. As a result, all of his inventions are eccentric oddities with questionable practical use. As an aside, though his abilities are as solid as they come, his horrifically poor luck and tendency to have his head in the clouds often result in embarrassing blunders.
自身の発明品の普及のため、発明品を販売することを生業としている獣人型宇宙人の科学者。自らの頭脳と才能に絶対の自信があり、日々完璧な発明品を作るために研究を重ねているが、需要や要望に対するインプット能力や解釈に問題があるため、奇天烈なものばかりを次々に生み出している。技術自体は確かなのだが、本人の運が異常に悪く、その上かなりの天然な性格が災いして、何かとドジを踏むことが多い。
为普及自己的发明品，以贩卖发明品为生的兽人型宇宙人科学家。对自己的头脑和才华有着绝对的自信，每天都为了创造出完美的发明而不断进行研究，但由于对需求和要求的理解能力与解释上存在问题，所以不断创造出奇奇怪怪的东西。其技术本身是可靠的，但本人的运气异常不好，再加上天然呆的性格作祟，所以经常会在某些地方犯蠢。
為了普及自己的發明品，而以販售自己的發明品為生的獸人型宇宙人科學家。他對自己的智慧與才能有絕對的自信，每天為製作出完美的發明品而不斷研究，但由於他對需求及要求的理解能力及解釋有問題，所以創造出來的都是一些稀奇古怪的發明。雖然他的技術確實了得，但運氣極差，再加上天然呆的個性，所以常常會鬧出不少笑話。
