Side Story
パラレルフライト社を設立した創業者であり、現・社長。ヒーローオペレーターとして戦場で指揮を執ることもある。異星出身の宇宙人だが、すっかり地球の生活に順応している。飄々とした性格ながら責任感のあるオトナだが、どこか間が抜けている。豪快奔放なライキの保護者的な立ち位置に身を置く苦労人でもある。ヒーローを指揮する能力者たるオブザーバーとしての能力は比較的高い。
かつてザップ・ザ・ジャスティスことライキとタッグを組んで活躍していたＳ級ライセンス保持ヒーロー「ホッパー・ザ・フェイス」とは、彼のことである。ある日突然オブザーバーの能力に覚醒し、ヒーローに変身することが出来なくなった為、ヒーローからは引退し、ヒーローをバックアップする立場に自らの身を置くことに決めた。彼の体格の良さと戦場での判断力の高さは、この経歴に起因する。
Side Story (Translated)
The founder and current president of the company where the Protagonist works at. He is a former hero, nowadays taking command on the battlefield as a hero operator. Despite being an alien from another world, he is completely acclimatized to life on Earth.
Even though he is an adult with an easygoing personality and a high sense of responsibility, he can be a bit absent-minded. He is also a worldly-wise man who puts himself in a position as a mentor of the free-spirited Ryekie. In order to command a hero, one must possess a “particular ability” to a relatively high level.
He was “Hopper The Face”, a S-class hero who once teamed up with Ryekie, aka Zap The Justice. One day he suddenly awakened to the powers of an observer, and since then he could no longer transform into a hero, he decided to retire as a hero and put himself in a position to back them up. His physique and good judgment on the battlefield can be attributed to this background.

Introduction
The former S-Class Hero who recently made a miraculous comeback: “Hopper the Face”.
His signature traits are undoubtedly his unparalleled speed and the ferocious kicks he delivers with his powerful legs. He claims his leg strength is “all-natural”, and even when not transformed, he possesses incredible power and boasts advanced fighting skills centered on kicking techniques.
By amplifying these abilities with his Parallel Weapon, he exhibits combat prowess on par with other S-class heroes.
With the ability to jump over 10 meters with a single kick, and to reach near-supersonic speed the moment he runs, there are very few villains or Kaibutsu who could ever hope to escape him.
True Self
As the President and CEO of the hero agency “Parallel Flight Inc.”, his work is incredibly wide-ranging.
In the absence of dedicated department staff, he personally handles the core operations necessary to run the company, from employee management to accounting, finance, human resources, and external affairs.
One might think he would be struggling, buried under such a massive amount of work, but he himself states with a smile, “I do it because I want to. In exchange, the other employees perfectly handle all the things that I’m unable to do.” His hobbies during these busy days are reading, and visiting coffee shops.
He apparently enjoys strolling around to find cafes with a pleasant atmosphere, where he can then relax with a good book. However, with his recent return to hero duty, he is now reportedly considering joining a gym to regain the muscle he has lost during his hiatus (according to him).
However, after an incident during a trial session at a kickboxing gym where he burst the punching bag in a single hit, it seems the road ahead for him will be a difficult one.
